Located just 20 minutes south of Duluth, this new construction project gave us the exciting opportunity to design two complete living spaces from the ground up.
Our team provided flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplashes, and tiled showers and baths, designing and bringing the entire home’s interior together.
Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create a home that is both stunning and functional.
One Vision, Two Unique Spaces.
The home’s layout featured two separate living areas, which gave us a unique challenge: design interiors that felt individually styled yet seamlessly connected. Our design team blended creativity with practicality, ensuring each space reflected its own personality while still belonging to one cohesive vision.
Thougtful Details, Lasting Beauty
We achieved balance by weaving together shared design elements—luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, elegant tile, and beautiful stained cabinetry—while introducing variations in color, layout, and texture. This approach gave each space its own signature look without sacrificing harmony across the home.
